Runtime error 5 when changing max tabs count

Basically, I got this:
This was after I had created a new tileset and all.
Added after 7 days 3 hours:
I guess I wasn't descriptive enough. Basically, when I clicked on the max tab count button, the game crashed and then what you see in the screenshot occured. Hope that helps.
EDIT: Reuploaded the image elsewhere.
EDIT 500: Well, you never listed Dropbox originally, so... Now it's an attachment.
