SMBX 1.4.5: CanPressPSwitch bug, and a few suggestions about Thowmp and Pipe Piranha SMW

1-The option CanPressPSwitch only works for the NPC-32, there are other Pswitch like the NPC-238 and NPC-239 to which this option does not affect them.
2-There are a option in the blocks that allow to be broken by a thowmp. However, the NPC-45 is a "block", but the Thowmp cannot destroy it. Can you add a option in the NPCs that allow to be killed by a Thowmp?
3-The pipe piranha of SMW (NPC-270) drop only fireballs, can you do it drop iceballs too?
