Yet more missing sound effects (Fixed Patch 10)

1.) Every time a fireball hits/kills an enemy, it should play the sound effect "Block Hit". Currently it only does sound with solid (block-like) NPCs.
2.) When hitting a Big Piranha Plant with a fireball, it misses the sound effect "Birdo Hit"
(The same with upside-down variation)
3.) When a shell hit a block from the bottom, it misses the sound effect "Block Hit"
4.) When a bullet (generated from a Billy Gun) collided with a block, it misses the sound effect "Block Hit"
5.) When the second player spawns after it died, it should play the sound effect "Drop Item"
6.) When you get an exit (any) and the enemies transform into coins, it misses the sound effect "Coin"
Note: this sound should be reproduced only at once, not for every NPC transformed.
7.) When the player is swimming after getting a roulette exit, it misses the sound effect "Swim":
8.)When you hit a block with a player in top of it, it missed the sound effect "Stomp" (Already reported in another topic)
8.) When you are swimming, if you touched the floor and jumped out of the water, you can hear the sound effect "Jump".
This sound effect should not be player once the player swam.
9.) When an iceball exploded by touching the floor, it misses the sound effect "Block Hit"
10.) Peach's sound effects when dropping a heart are wrong.
When "Alt-Run" key is pressed and Peach just generated its bomb, it should play the sound effect "Light Grab" instead of "SMB2 Throw":
When releasing the bomb, it should play only the sound effect "SMB2 Throw", please remove the sound effect "Shell Kick".
11.) When you grab a player from the editor, it misses the sound effect "Grab"
12.) When the player got hurt being on Clown Car, it misses the sound effect "Shrink"
13.) When you get/collect a Mega Mushroom, a Star Coin, or a Fairy Pendant, you can hear the sound effect "Shell Kill". Please remove it.
14.) When being on Mega state and getting power-ups, the sound effect "Got Item" it's missing.
