Various problems & little fixes with NPCs (fixed patch 8)

1- Bony Bettle & Dry Bones still collide with other NPCs (like npc-blockside) being "dead". This happens however only if they are facing to the direction of the NPC.

3- In multiplayer mode when one of the players enters in the Clown Car, it keeps acting like a normal mountable but big, causing the following errors:

In SMBX 1.3 the Clown Car acted as a semisolid platform for the second player:

4. The bubble is missing its sound effect when it gets destroyed by an NPC:

5. Fireballs and Iceballs should explode when touched a bubble, not just pass through it.
(Sorry if this detail is too silly but I had a level in SMBX 1.3 that featured especifically this interaction and I'd like it work in SMBX 1.4 aswell)

(Please, don't forget adding the sound effect "block-hit" when the fireball/iceball exploded after colliding with the bubbles.)

6. Bubble frames are shown in the wrong order. In the editor they show as they should, however when playing a level their animations become wrong.

7. SMB1 lifting platforms are TOO fast:

I also had an occasion where it started going from the left instead of going up the very first time I stood on it, but I couldn't record it.

11. You can still change your facing direction after being locked by a GIant Hammer Bro's hard ground:

Tiny suggestions: Can you please make the player shake a bit slower? It shakes every frame! It is that fast that looks weird. I suggest moving the player every 2 frames instead of 1. Also can you make the time the player can't move shorter? It lasts a bit too long (around 82 frames!) I'd suggest making it 66 frames long or a similar value.

12. When and empty Yoshi's egg breaks, it doesn't show the egg breaking effect(56). Here's a comparison with an egg that contain an NPC over other that doesn't.

13. Mother Brain's glass is producing a wrong sound effect when gets hit. It plays the sound effect "SM Hurt" instead of "SM Block Hit" as it should.

14. SMW collectable star is missing its animations (set by default its frames to 2 instead of 1).
Probably the second frame was reserved to be shown when the player already collected the star, but since after being collected it just won't appear, the second frame is never used.

15. Not a bug but a tiny suggestion. With the NPC 308 (green arrow) can you please set its default speed value to 2 every time we pick up? (2 also matches with snake blocks' default speed). It happens sometimes that I forget to change the speed value, and that when I pick the NPC again it resets its speed to 0. Since this NPC is commonly used to controlling platforms, I suggest leave its default speed at 2 (in the editor).
