Smbx 1.4.5: small mistakes(fixed patch 8)

1) Black screen
When you play 2 players mode and player 1 dies and the second player changes section.
2) Abuse of winning lives on the ladder.
3) You can fix this effect that when it hurts = 0 (property) an npc block does not sound "ouch" JUST REMOVE THE "OUCH" WHEN THE DAMAGE IS ZERO (this case is shelldmg = 0)
(Excuse me the video download is something silly.).
4) I can not climb stairs when I have a shell helmet or spinny helmet (char (1) .itemslot = -15 and char (1) .itemslot = -17)
