Missing sound effects (fixed patch 6)

The following sound effects are missing:
NPCs
-When Birdo and Mouser dies, the sound effect "birdo-beat" should be played
-When Bowser (SMB1 and SMB3) dies, the sound effect "bowser-Killed" should be played
Players:
-When the level entry is a warp and the second player is appearing, the second player it's missing the sound effect "warp" (image as reference);
-When you do a boost with propeller suit (all players), it's missing the sound effect "tail" (the same as the spin-jump):
Engine:
When an screenshot is taken (by pressing F12) it should play the sound effect "got-item"
