Projectiles are spawning in wrong positions (fixed patch 6)

I changed every graphic to a solid pink (without modifying any property) and then made a comparison between SMBX 1.3 and 1.4.5 NPCs (and, in case the NPC didn't exist in 1.3, I compared it with its original source). I recorded a gif at 65fps and saved the very first frame where the NPC spawned.

I made this with every single NPC that drops projectiles, but I only included the ones I thought needed to be adjusted.
