Right-Click doesn't work corectly since 1.4.4

Normaly you can make a right-click to remove the selected object from the courser.
But since 1.4.4 it works only, if you selected a object over the windows. If you select a object in the Game Window you can't right-click.
How this it should be:
But it doesn't work, when I select a object via courser - so I always have to select the eraser and then the selection again:
