Cyrillic Editor Translation Problem

The editor doesn't fully support the cyrillic characters. When I try to translate the editor in Bulgarian, It displays them incorrectly in some places:

That because the UI in VB6 is using ANSI, and primary Windows-1250 charset, which is "West European". The workaround would be adding an extra field to set font and ANSI charset per language to take ability have no "крякозябр" (a slang word means result of wrong charset). Qt (a framework used in PGE Editor) uses the Unicode by default, therefore is possible to write in any languages everywhere in it.
