How to get the rainbow shell physics to work as they did in

Hi guys

A while ago I made a Mine-Cart-Level (similar to DKC) which uses the Rainbow Shell as a minecart and the lava GFX as the tracks. I made this level on SMBX for my project. However I abandoned it bc there were no further updates for SMBX 1.3. But recently I saw that SMBX-38A (1.4.4) is available and tried it out. So far I really like it and now concider to get back to my old project.

But here comes the problem. As I tried out the Mine-Cart-Level I noticed that the Rainbow Shell physics have slightly changed. If you jump with it from a higher level the shell bounces up when it hits the ground. As you can probably imagine this makes the level now somewhat hard to get through the first passages...

I really put a lot of effort in making this level back then and would love to make it playable in 1.4.4 without rebuilding it from scratch :(

So does anybody know a way to get the Shell work as it did in That would be really great!

The only way is to recreate the level, because 38A doesn't need to change the physics if it's not a glitch. But it will probably be possible with scripts...

That probably won't be possible unless you use scripts.

I think we should wait for another patch, in my thoughts. I hate the broken physics.

I thought so... Unfortunately I have no clue how to script the shell to work properly. :( I think I'll post this in the script requests section. Maybe I'll be lucky and someone knows.

i whant to add that the shell doesn't float now and even when you activate the float option in the npc editor, mario can't surf on the water because he jump out the shell when it enter in/on the water
