[BUG] Penguin Suit Minor Glitch

While I was playing SMBX, I stumbled apon this. When a character throws an Ice Ball underwater as a Penguin ( 
), the Splash GFX shows, even though I'm still in the water. Its minor, but its just a Bug I found in the recent Patch.
