No Entry Scene Crash

The game crashes if you have this scenario.
1) Have an episode with 'No Entry Scene' turned on
2) Play a level, and have the 'Level Entrance when Death' empty
3) Have the player die
The game will then immediately crash. If you fill out something in the Level Entrance when Death, the game will stop crashing
