Graphics not loading correctly when saving a level

When a level is opened and you add more custom graphics into the folder, if you save the level (with "Save" or "Save As", don't matter), or if you try to re-open it, the "new" custom graphics won't load correctly. These are some problems that comonly happens:

- Some icons of the custom graphics are not shown (it shows the default icons) which makes you think the graphics didn't load, but when you click on it, the graphic loaded.
- GFX expansion feature don't works (this applies for blocks, NPCs and backgronds)
- In "Tileset Editor" you won't be able to see the "Custom" graphics

I've seen other people having issues when loading graphics. The only way to load graphics properly is switching to another level and then back. I've got an idea, what about a "Refresh" button? so that you can tell the game that reloads every single graphic in the level without problems.

Let's say that we should wait for another patch. To be honest, I haven't use the Tileset editor tho so I might avoid it from using it because it will not load correctly.
