Errors with exits

1.) If you're playing co-op and there's a flag-pole as exit...
2.) This is something not very important but sometimes the bothers me. With the SMB3 exit, the level ends as soon the player goes off-screen, but, the level should ends when the player goes off-screen and the sound effect ends to play. The duration of the sound effect is 4 seconds, so I would recommend don't let the player finish the level until these 4 seconds happens and the player is on the end of the level, of course.
3.) With the SMB3 exit, when the player completes the level, there's still a visible part of it, I'd recomend make the player walk a block more to the right when its off-screen:
