Errors with Auto-scrolling

1.) This problem is not very related to auto-scrolling itself, but rather to the game itself. In SMBX 1.3, players can reach a maximum of 94 pixels under the screen without dying, but if it go deeper, it will die:

In SMBX 1.4 the players can not even go beyond 32 pixels. :P

This is very important to get fixed for vertical auto-scrolling levels.
PS: This does not apply to NPCs, only players.

2.) When the player got hurt or got a power-up, the screen freezes for a bit too longer than it should, it would be much more polished if the screen frezees the exact time.

According some tests I made by my own, the number of frames the screen should freeze when the player got a power up and/or got hurt is 38. ;)

3.) The player won't die when it touches a block and they're on the limits of the screen.

4.) In SMBX 1.3, when the auto-scroll is activated and two players are playing, the first player who is in the "auto-scroll zone" will force to the second player appear there too:

But in SMBX 1.4. it won't. The player who has been transported will blinks and won't be able to move until there's space available. This is very important for boss-fights, hope it can be fixed!

Suggestions:
A.) It would be cool if when the P1 dies the screen freezes until the level resets, like it does in SMB3 (of course, if 2P mode is not active)
