There's a problem with SMB exits.Use other exit.This is a bug.Hope they fix it soon.

This is a big problem, because all of my levels are going to use the SMB1 exit.

Now the best option to use for level exit, use the SMW exit or SMB3 roulette card exit. Or whatever you pick, my episode uses almost every level is SMW exit, key exit, star exit and one use SMB3 roulette card.
