What the toolbar buttons marked with a red rectangle are meant to do? I can't figure it out

The yellow retangle A thingy auto do things.example:create a square/retangle with ssw Grass(any of its parts) and it will create that reatagle aerody made with good blocks.Its for lazy guys(and i am one of those)
