IPC/Comandline - Problems with Checkpoints

If SMBX send me this after i died after a checkpoint ...
GGI|GM|99|%4C%65%76%65%6C,1,0|0,0,0

... I start SMBX again with this commandlineargs:
smbx.exe filepath 0 0 0 SMBXArgs|hp,co,sr|0,0,0,0|%4C%65%76%65%6C,1,0

But I always start on the Startpoint and not on the Checkpoint.

If this isn't a error, please tell me how to fix it.

I tried "Uri.EscapeUrlString" and "WebUtility.UrlEncode", but I never get the urlstring like you. (And SMBX don't like my urlencoded strings like that.)
