[SMBX-38A] - Level Editor Offscreen box issues

I am having some weird issue with the editor boxes (i.e the NPCs, Backgrounds and Block and Tile) that make the level editor pretty much unusable.
I am pretty sure they are getting rendered offscreen outside of the level box.

I have no idea how could I reset the settings or something to resolve this.
