Hey, do you have a Discord account ? Because there's a 1.4 group chat there, click on my 38A userbar to have a look on it. BTW, that userbar isn't made by me !

The level looks descent because lack of coin placement and fitting musics for the level. It likes under-powerup(a quote by Vinny), it would be nice if you put some powerups in a level. A SMB2 level styled maybe boring tho.
I'm unabled to make a level playthrough because of outrange loading level. Maybe you need to improve more of your level design.
I'm a fan of Paper Mario, maybe you should make the level looks like a Super Paper Mario styled a little bit with powerups !
There is a few graphical error, I recommend you should use PGE instead of 1.4. Remove a few 1.4 NPCs because it will get deleted sometime.
