I just updated the forum engine from phpBBex 1.8 to 1.9!

- phpBB 3.0.13-PL1 in base (with all it's bugfixes)
- Lightbox for pictures in attachments
- Update of style.php caching
- Right numeration of posts in topics with sticked main post.
- Cities list in timezones has been updated
- Wrong submit of forms in admin panel with usage field autoappending browser feature has been fixed
- Fixes in language files
- jQuery 2.1.3 and MediaElement JS 1.16.3
