Minor fixes of the forum

Recetnly I have applied the bugfix that prevented a work of Ctrl+Enter hot key for a post sending for a 3 years!
The fix was built by author of phpBBex in May 1, 2019, however, I have missed it up totally. So, I have finally applied it and now it should work!
