Today I have important news from the Spanish-speaking community SMBX Equipo Estelar!
Recently, DavFar and his friends obtained the fact that some folks monetising installations of the SMBX2 and content for it. It's a serious challenge to the community of the SMBX that violates the main unspoken rule of fan game communities, i.e. never use copyrighted content commercially. This case seriously affects communities, websites, and related people, especially these are hosted at countries with the strict following of copyright laws, and especially with the major presence of the Nintendo. Any unauthorised commercial use of proprietary content always gives a high legal risk. We always knew that, and we reminding about that again. Don't repeat Redigit's mistake again.

- Redidit placed ads into the SMBX installer, at the launcher, and at his original website. Of course that led to the well known in the SMBX community events.
We always required anybody to never use any Nintendo related content commercially, and we will continue to do that.
And additionally, we seriously asking you, with no matter from where are you from, never buy, never share, never use, never contribute, and never support any such commercially distributed content.
