(Request) symmetrical smb3 mario and luigi sprites with starman palettes

can someone put together a character graphics pack that rearranges the player sprites page to be symmetrical?
I need it to include the starman flash palettes so they would be named like this

I want to put together a snes style smb3 config pack for pge and make it aesthetically accurate
I also need the mario frames included that are not in smbx. please no customs. yet.

I think he made this for Lunalua/SMBX 2.0. I don't think that's possible with SMBX-38A.
