Important notes for ProtonMail users

Hello!
Recently I was found that some users who have the mailbox at the ProtonMail, can't receive the activation letters (I had to manually forward the activation letter from my errors box by my reserve mailbox to help it reach its recipient).
The reason for this problem is the case that ProtonMail got been banned in Russia since January 2020
(That was done as a dumb way to stop the storm of the anonymous false bomb reports)
That means my mail server will be unable to deliver any letters to the ProtonMail boxes. I'll try to find a workaround to resolve the delivery problem.

- I do have the VPS server that I use for my Parsoid daemon used by the VisualEditor at Moondust Wiki. I got an idea to build the proxy mail server that I'll use for delivery letters for ProtonMail and some other mail servers that has any availability issues.
