Okay, back to the topic: Is the reputation is like agreeing, disagreeing. Or like the Google Plus' +1 ?

It's just "like" / "dislike" and sum of all +/- will be shown per post and will be added to author's reputation. So, the reputation of every user is a sum of all it's per-post rates
