Archive sections has been made!

Hello!
Since we have some set of garbage of outdated threads, it's time to have archives for them.
I made two archives:
- Generic forums archive (at the bottom of forums list)
- SMBX-Related archive made especially for SMBX section to don't mix those threads with the general forum space.
All moderators have permissions to write to them (especially to move outdated threads into them or edit/delete unnecessary threads by requests of their owners).
