I have just installed more languages for the forum interface to be more friendly with a native language:

I also need help to translate the "Registration intro rules" and "Registration successful" pages, because they have been edited:
- added info about English language on the forum
- added note about spam mail-dir.

How to change languages:

There is a need to end some translations (as you can see that English and Russian have their full translations, but other packs don't have some strings and you will be seeing some strings like {this_is_a_cat} )

All forum language packs have been placed here:

If you think you could finish unfinished translations, I'd be glad to accept your help. You must take examples from the English or Russian translations for making full translations.

Okay, i just switched to Dutch, and i'm already noticing the "not something strings"[sic].

How do i do the translations? Do i just use QtLinguist for them?

I doubt that you can translate the forum with qt-stuff :P

As I downloaded the pack, you get a bunch of PHP files. If you open them you can see a array with translation strings. This is the way to go!

Kevsoft is right, you just need to open the PHP files and append/edit strings manually. Use the English translation as a example/reference, because it's one of the fully translated packs

You have PHP files which contain the variables and values which are the translations for the forum engine.
You need to edit these. Here are the English and Russian examples which are donel:

PHP is a TEXT files, you can edit by your notepad, but I recommends the Akelpad or Notepad++ for them
