I'm wondering if there is any way to play .spc files in SMBX without interpolation.
Is there any way to disable it.
How do you disable spc interpolation in SMBX 1.4 and SMBX 2.0
Like how you can in ZSNES and spcplay.

Do you mean to disable the smoothing of the output sound? That's a question more for MixerX itself and for the GME (that is actually used to play SPC files here). I guess, at the side of the GME there is the actual smoother (I had worked around to stop it smooth the VGM playback, making YM2612 chip outputs to give the proper native output without any distortions).
So, this question is not related just SMBX-38A, it's the wider thing, I'll move this topic into another place...

No I'm talking about the gaussian interpolation that all versions use for SPC700 music and the smoothing of the sound.
