My Ingame Character Disappears? (SMBX2)

My Ingame character doesn't appear. I tried in the original episodes, my own episodes, I even tried downloading the newest version, and none work. Something interesting is that in Two Player, Player Two still loads, but if player two dies, Player One won't die, and it's stuck, so it's not fully gone. I tried using different characters, but it's the same deal. In the Mario Challenge, my player appears, but after entering a level, thats when I disappear. If I could get any help, that'd be great.
