When I try to open my level or episode folder from the menu, it doesn't do anything anymore. Also, every time I open up the editor, it keeps giving me a notification about the configuration being outdated, but when I check the configuration status, it says there's no errors & that everything is perfectly fine.
Any idea what's causing these problems? Also, the version I'm using is the latest version: v0.3.2.1 e63f284-master

[Edit] Well, never mind about the configuration problem. Found your solution when reading another topic on here:
P.S. After update, please edit the "configs/SMBX2 Integration/main.ini" and replace the "api-version=41" with "api-version=42" in order to avoid the compatibility message.
Glad I found that because that solved the problem with the configuration message. But the Open Episode/Level Folder menu option is still an issue :(

Here in this manual viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1977, I wrote the "Resolve the post-update API version problem (2022)" article to explicitly tune out the configuration package and make it work after the update. What about menus, you should re-run the file association scripts or use the "Tools" / "Application Settings", and the "Associate files" action inside the Editor itself.

Nope. Tried both but the Open Episode/Level Folder menu options still don't do anything.

I tested the thing on Windows 7 VM, and the menu works. I bet, there is a mess in your system registry that causes a conflict between entries, or wrong paths referred in the registry's branch.

I guess that was the case. I just reinstalled SMBX2 B4 HFX4 & now it works again. I wonder how it happened in the first place though?
