WLD file format description

[Wohlstand]

Work on the specification of a format of world maps is finished. Fortunately, the format was much simpler since describes smaller number of functions. The file contains the main settings of an episode and the world map consisting of tiles, scenery, etc.
The file - text, corresponds to each parameter one line. Order of an arrangement of parameters is strict.
