[Guide] Repair account access for the lost email

Hello!

This manual explains what to do if you already had a working account, but you lost an access to your email.

If you still able to login, please, immediately change your email to a new and valid one, otherwise, this may lead a deactivation of your account depending on how long you didn't logged in. If you log in often and recently, then you will be notified by administrator about invalid email via Private Messages, otherwise the account will be tempoarrily deactivated. If that happen, then you should contact to administration using special form in order to repair the access to your account. This is done in order to prevent further server side errors to delivery notifications to your no longer valid email address.

If you lost the access completely (you lost password or it got been reset by administrator for varous reasons, or account got been deactivated for the lost email or after account was been hacked), you know your username and your email that was used during registration, then you can repair access to your old account by contacting to the administration using special form. You should tell your username of your account, and the email address that you used to register. As a reply address you should tell your VALID email address, and report the email address that you want to use instead of the old one. Once everything is done, then, you will receive suitable notification after which you should request the password reset using your new email address.

Remember: For the case when mailbox got been deleted for some reason and it becomes invalid, that means, any attempts to delivery notifications to your former mailbox will lead a server side errors that administrators will see. In order to prevent further errors, your account may be temporarily deactivated if you didn't logged in for a while, and the way to repair the access is the request via special contact form.
