The frog suit thing is actually strange, but I feel that some of the thing you listed should be done with F.L.U.D.D like climbing ladders and have the the special swim with the penguin and frog suit. Also, I just found this, but you can't be mini and have F.L.U.D.D at the same time(which makes sense).
