That's why it's hard, the water messes with your mobility and agility. I would still consider removing enemies.

Yeah, for example in the start I would remove the beach koopas. Afterwards, there are 2 sumo, and a boomerang, fire, and sledge bro. all in a small area. There are other examples throughout the level and you just have to remove some enemies.

I played the level and a big problem is that there are way too many enemies. I will lower the enemy count.

This was a fun level. The one thing I don't like is the clear pipes. It looks weird when you go in them.

Download the PGE editor. Open it and load your level. Then "Save as" 1.3 level. Open it using 1.4 and it should work, but it will delete some 38-A specific elements.
