To make local variables (which will exist only in the level you create them in), open the Level Editor, press Ctrl+I or go to View -> Variables, then click Add, enter the name of the variable and tap Enter to save the name. To make global variables, open the World Editor and go to Settings -> Option...

Well, all I want to do is avoid having to use TCreate, and do that directly via scripts.

When you put NPC-68 on a liquid that bounces it upwards, then jump on the bouncing NPC-68 and drop NPC-58 on it, Mario will die (Click on the GIF image to see the animation). NPC-58_Glitch.gif By the way, it also happens if you stand on a NPC-68 that's bouncing off of a spring. NPC-68_Glitch.gif

OK that's it, I got Alzheimer's disease :facepalm: .
Well, I've just beaten the math minigame (the one this topic is about), I answered the minimum 100 questions (I got to question #105 to be exact), I checked the Level editor, but I didn't notice anything.

I've beaten the game, and I noticed an option in Liquids which I think wasn't there before. Is it new, or did I get Alzheimer's disease?

I think he does.
The star coins don't serve any purpose unless you make a global variable that will increase each time you get one.
Then, you can make use of these for pretty much everything you wish.

If you put a NPC on the SMB3 blue block (NPC-45), then hit the blue block from under, the NPC on it will move a few pixels in the direction you're facing.

Well, the normal behavior of this NPC is just to go to your direction until it gets to close not to be scared, I really doubt that the Boo moving randomly back and forth is its normal behavior ^^
