This even happen to me before. It's so annoying when that happen.

I did choose ''Unsure'' because sometimes some people keeps suggesting NPCs without providing any graphics due to 5438A38A's rules about NPC/Power-Ups suggesting. And sometimes 5438A38A accepts to add new NPCs even if they didn't providing any graphics. So I'm really unsure if they're relevant or not.
