As far as RPG elements go, it COULD be cool to see a health bar that grows after killing so many enemies, or maybe something similar to SMB2's hearts system.
Just throwing ideas around.

I would like to make more new graphics myself.. but i have been in a slump... not feeling creative at all for months now...
I think it might be a lack of dopamine in my brain..... it makes it difficult to function and be creative... trying to do something about it.

Hmm i hope anything i am working on fits in it... they use quite a lot of colors.. specially the larger stuff... then again.. it's hard to make a single sprite use even over 24 colors.. for me anyhow..
Did not realize their was a pallet limit though.

You're not listening, you're downloads never start! I just sat here for an hour trying to download a full configuration pack, and it is not doing it, and i waited an hour, so something is wrong. If anyone out there reading this has the files already, mind uploading them to a server that my ISP does ...

The config paths were easy to understand, i had them install RIGHT where they had to go. It refused to work, it only worked when i did the last thing you told me to do. By the way, you have some broken links for your Full Configuration Pack downloads, they don't work you just get a blank tab saying ...

Well i can't download the full configuration zips, the links just refuse to download... it just sits and says connecting over and over at the top of my browser. I was only able to download the small base coinfig file for Raocow Talkhaus (A2MBXT), none of the other links are working..... they sit the...

I have no clue what it is you changed, but the latest version keeps saying it can not find the INI files...
I fallowed all the instructions to the letter, it should find them!!!

Anyone mentioned the screen ratio, or screen size?
I kinda can't help but feel it's too tall, but wide enough... if it was shortened some, i think it would work great for wide screen.

Has anyone mentioned anything mentioned anything about maybe being able to adjust the screen size and ratio?
I kinda feel like it's too tall, and if it was a wee bit shorter, it could go full screen into more of a wide screen ratio.

I'm really loving the no collision thing.
I hate that in SMBX, you can't overlap objects creating complex foregrounds like you should be able to, like if you want a HUGE bush by way of overlaying bushes to make a large looking one.(SMB3 bushes not SMW)
