When Mario or Luigi make a groundpound on a block with a NPC, that NPC comes out on top. This should not be like that. I suggest that that part be modified based on Link's groundpound. The NPC comes out on bottom of block.
When you choose a NPC and it has events, behaviors and with a placement of the GFX expansion (.extx and .exty values other than 0) and you put it inside a block, the NPC doesn't store those settings.
1- If you change the values of width and height, the clowncar doesn't recognizes the new values and continues as before (128x128).
