Does it create a bitmap that overlaps the player's graphic ? If so would you be able to do it for other character as well?

Just create a layer called ,,Att-Player1(name)" and put things in this layer , they will follow the player.

You are pushing it too far with 450 levels , it will take you years to complete if you want every level to be good and with so many levels you will lose interest on working on that massive project of yours. I'll recommend you to make every world with at least 5-6 levels so you can have roughly 225-2...

The sneak peak looks neat but there isn't a lot of screenshots for me to decide if this project is good, I'll wait until you have more screenshots . But I wish you good luck with the project and I hope you don't get bored while making it.
