I've completely figured out how the custom tilesets worked as I decided to duplicate the default and see how it's structured. Tourian pipe is still an issue, but I guess could be solved by duplicating the original tileset and fixing it in the duplicated tileset.

Dude, you literally just copied the files over, created a level in location of copied files, loaded said level so the game would AUTOMATICALLY convert the GIFs to PNG, and rearranged some of the image's locations!
