Like many people, I've noticed that without invisible blocks or anything, it's possible to jump over the SMB1 Flag. Perhaps an advanced setting could be added that when checked, prevents the player from passing the flag by jumping over it?

Hollow blocks can still be hit

Non-NPC objects (such as Bob-omb explosions) that can normally hit blocks are also able to hit hollow blocks if they contain an object, even if JumpHit is disabled.

Effect animation bugs

The player death effects amongst most stationary/static (mainly Mother Brain, stomped Goombas, etc.) effects either cannot animate or their animation speed is extremely slow. EDIT: Not too sure how much more clear I can get. Adding frames to certain effects (like mentioned above) don't animate at all.

Glad to know you're alright, 38A. I was about ready to make a post saying that you probably completely moved on, but it's good to see you're still dedicated to fixing up this engine, even if it takes almost 30 patches.

ForceCheck - Enabling this will force the NPC to interact with NPCs that normally can harm other NPCs (Grinders, explosions, etc.). Enabling the flag but disabling the ForceCheck setting will not reverse the effect if it's enabled by default. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your hard work on this...
