You can't, or you can make a npc script where you create a bitmap as npc graphic.

All the chucks variants and fire snale already exist via script. (Someone made them)
All SMW koopalings can be made by script. (Maybe less hardcoded if they're implemented in the editor)
All SMB3 koopalings can be made by change graphic and some script.

So, I think that super koopas should be added.

Catskart , that very dependent on a studying state of 38A (while he is busy in university, he can't work on the Engine except quick fixes) 1.4.1 is released in the summer of 2015, and the 1.4.2 in february 2016. Each version of 38A take 6/7 months to be released.
1.4.3 is released the 1st septembre.
Sep-oct-nov-dec-jan-fev.
The minimum is the 1st february 2017, and the maximum is 1st march 2017.
It left 2/3 months now.
