Quiet, those npcs are included in the npc pack 5. It is not at all unlikely that they come included in a future update.

Thanks the npc it works. The only thing that I would like the npc to do this animation every time I'm going to throw a bone (that's why I added the two frames at the end).

I want you to launch it as in SMW.

you do not need scripts, you can do it with layers and events.
you have to put the option of thwompbreak in a block, and then put a block with the same graph but without that option.
and then change them as they are destroyed.
