touching water causes a runtime error

if one was to place down water and touch it during testing, it causes a "runtime error 9". it doesn't happen with other liquids oddly. it seems to only happens with levels made with 1.4.4 patch 2, older levels are unaffected. it's possible that i've forgot something and that is causing the...
