Re: [Solved] Custom tilesets in the editor are broken

Hello! What version of Editor you do use? What build date is shown in the Help / About dialogue? Actually, the feature of mixed types works with only the latest Laboratory build of the Moondust Devkit, old Editor builds can't suppor them of course since it's a new incompatible type of tilesets. You ...

Hello!
What exit directions you had set on the start point? Did you kept "any" or you had to set any different exit codes?

Re: Can you export an episode as an executable in xtech?

Hello! You would like to craft a kind of the packed game then, like these you can find here: https://github.com/TheXTech/TheXTech/wiki/Game-assets-packages They may contain unique resources, graphics, logo, loading screen, main menu, etc. And just being a packed game. Re: Weirdest or Funny Moments in SMBX of any kind

The most unexpected vanilla bug (at the SMBX 1.3) might happen if you play as Link and ride the clown-car, try to fly up and touch any climbable surface (fences BGO or any vine or ladder NPC): an instant drop down to the doom. :comando: Another related to Link bug that he can easily to deadly stuck ...

Re: Should we separate between SMBX and Nostalgic Paradise?

Isn't that obvious if you make a fork with redoing everything for your personal needs it's need to set up your own discussion place, right? You aren't so major to let us make a dedicated place especially for you only. That's will stay until you will really get major development skills, you earn popu...

Re: Super Mario Destiny art pulled, but toxicity too much here

Hello! I didn't yet read everything (red completely). I already want to say that people who offended you at SMBX community, are not fair. They can give advices, can suggest what to do right, etc. But nobody can offend, insult, mock, etc. On WohlSoft community (i.e. this) this is strictly prohibited....

Re: [Released] Super Mario Bros. X by 38A v. 1.4.5 - Patch 31.1

Because of recent false positive from the Fortinet thing, I repacked the patch archive into passworded 7zip format with the names encryption enabled, otherwise Google flags the download as a virus. Additionally, I wrote to Kaspersky company, and the explicitly said that game uses same protection met...

Re: TheXTech Saves Not Detecting

Hello! The directory for gamesaves is moved a while ago to the new thing to avoid clash between different running games. As I remember, such change was done somewhere around 1.3.6 or 1.3.7 release, but I don't remember clearly when. Okay, I made that change explicitly for 1.3.5.3 release: -Changed t...

Just a small note: a while ago XerX and his folks built a site https://mk.wohlnet.ru/ where they placed various stuff, but later they moved to another server. Did you lose all the content related to this project? Sounds so pity. My PC is crashed since 2021 Actually, it's a chance to resque data from disks that you ran on your died PC. wurstmechanic , Hello! The case that because of MixerX's specifics at X2, any sound that gets played as SFX, gets fully dumped into memory, the SPC supposed to be played in a streamed way. The generating whole song into RAM in a case of SPC is heavy operation, and may result a hang. At TheXTech it'...
