Perhaps because we also host 38A on the Wohlsoft servers? I have heard that when one executable on a website has a bad pattern, all other executables also get marked.

For most targets, compiling TheXTech requires a C++ compiler/linker and the CMake build system. For Android targets, compilation additionally requires the Android Studio IDE, the gradle build system, and the Android NDK (which includes a C++ toolchain). Unfortunately, Android Studio is not available...

Thanks for your interest in my 3DS port, @Chanceux2! Right now the "working" 3DS version is still the forked version, TheXTech3DS, but I'll be sure to ping you when we have a working version based on the main repository code.
