To make infinite lives just set the live counter to a number larger than 1 at the beginning of the level.
To set up a death counter, simply make a variable increase whenever the event "player-death" happens.

It seems that 1.4.4 tried to obscure things, but the method works with 1.4.3.

Hey Mr. Wohlstand Sir do you think it could be possible make have star coins have the same function as stars in such as you can't go through a door unless certain number of star coins have been collected? Thanks. I also added this ideas & suggestions as well. Wohlstand is not a SMBX 38A develop...

You may start your own config pack, but it is not recommended since the engine is still in Alpha.

The enemies by default should stay in their original SMBX physics to have backward compatibility, but the new physics should be togglable in the advanced settings.

Place the warp in a layer and hide it. Then have this script happen at the beginning of the level. The script will show the layer if the player has enough starcoins.

You can edit the intro level by placing a level called intro.lvl next to the SMBX.exe. To edit the outro, placed a level called outro.lvl in your episode folder.
